4. Products and descriptions

We aim to describe our products and show their colours accurately. Screens vary, so small differences in colour and appearance are possible. Packaging may change from time to time.

5. Product use and supervision

Feeding products must be used in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. Always check the temperature of the contents before feeding. Infants must be supervised at all times while feeding. Inspect all parts before each use and replace any part that is damaged or worn.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Any applicable VAT and the delivery charge are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order we have already confirmed.

7. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable, or if a price or description was published in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

8. Promotions and automatic discounts

Where a multi-item price or an automatic discount is offered, the discounted total shown at checkout is the amount charged. Offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

9. Delivery, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

10. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and tell us if you believe they have been used without your permission.

11. Acceptable use

Do not use this website unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation.

12. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to us or to our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction.
