Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

Delivery charge

Delivery is free on every order within the UAE, including an order for a single bottle. No delivery charge is added at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery within the UAE typically takes 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we will send you a confirmation email. Where tracking is available from our carrier, it will be included.

Delivery address

Please check your address and contact number carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Failed delivery

If the carrier cannot reach you, they will normally attempt delivery again or contact you. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded in full.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photographs. See our Refund Policy.
